Choreographer | Performing Artist | Educator

I am a choreographer, multidisciplinary performing artist, educator, and cultural advocate from New Orleans who has sustained the torch of art and culture in my community for more than 25 years. I am the founding Artistic Director of KM Dance Project, providing local emerging choreographers an artistic platform and creating work that explores ancestral memory, resilience, identity, and the untold narratives that have shaped Black communities across generations.
My work as an educator has provided opportunities for young artists to develop their power of expression through culture and art cultivating agents for social change. Serving as the Director of Arts at NOCCA and as a mentor and collaborator for Dancing Grounds and the Dance for Social Change Initiative.
